Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your reservation by clicking the link at the bottom of your confirmation email and following the on-screen instructions.
If your reservation includes a booking fee, please note that this fee is non-refundable.
We recommend that you cancel as soon as possible once the reason for cancellation has arisen.
Cancellation Fees
We offer three types of rates. The rate that can be canceled up to 30 days before arrival allows you to cancel free of charge up to that date; the full amount for the stay is then automatically charged 30 days before arrival. The non-cancelable and non-refundable rate, offered at a lower price, is charged in full at the time of booking and cannot be modified or refunded. A third rate, which is cancelable up to 2 days before arrival, is available only during the very low season, with no upfront charge.
For cancellations made within the cancellation window for the cancellable rate, no charge will be applied until 30 days before the check-in date. For the non-cancellable and non-refundable rate, the amount charged at the time of booking will not be refunded under any circumstances, regardless of the cancellation date. In all cases, in the event of a late cancellation or no-show, the full cost of the stay will be charged.
Taxes
The rates shown include VAT at the 10% rate applicable to accommodations. In addition, a tourist tax is charged on behalf of the City of Paris and must be paid on site. The amount of this tax is revised annually and is displayed on our booking engine at the time of booking. Guests under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
Check-in Time / Check-out Time
Your room or apartment will be available at the front desk starting at the time indicated below
On the day of your departure, you must check out of your room/apartment no later than the time indicated below. Failure to check out by this time may result in being charged for an additional night.
We recommend that you use the "Comments or Additional Information" field on the reservation form to let us know your estimated arrival time, especially if you expect to arrive late.
Check-in time (starting at): 3:00 p.m.
Check-out deadline: 12:00 p.m.
Reception Hours: Reception is open 24 hours a day
Payment and Confirmation of Reservation
In the box below, you will find the financial commitment required to confirm and secure your reservation.
Payments must be made using one of the cards listed below, through our secure web pages. Your credit card information will be encrypted using an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol with up to 128-bit encryption. Your credit card information is never transmitted over the Internet without being encrypted.

Any additional charges (bar, telephone, etc.) that are not explicitly included in the rates will be payable directly on site.
Payment and Billing Currency
Depending on the rate you choose: For the non-cancelable, non-refundable rate, 100% of the total amount (excluding extras) is charged at the time of booking. For the rate that can be canceled up to 30 days before arrival, this amount is automatically charged 30 days before arrival. Your account will be charged in EUR.

No Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Article L.221-28, paragraph 12, of the Consumer Code, the Customer does not have the fourteen (14)-day right of withdrawal provided for in Article L.221-18. The right of withdrawal applicable to distance contracts does not apply to lodging services—other than residential lodging—when such services are to be provided on a specific date or at specific intervals. Consequently, all reservations are firm and final upon confirmation, subject to the cancellation terms specific to the selected rate.
Before confirming your reservation, please review the cancellation and change policies that apply to the fare you have selected. Some fares are flexible and allow for free cancellation up to a specific date indicated at the time of booking, while others are non-changeable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.
Consumer Mediation
The Customer is informed that, in the event of a dispute regarding these general terms and conditions, they may resort to a contractual mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions set forth in Title I of Book VI of the Consumer Code.
After contacting the hotel's customer service department and failing to receive a satisfactory response—or any response at all—within 60 days, the Customer may file a complaint free of charge with the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman:
