Rooms

How many rooms are there in the hotel?

The hotel has a total of 49 rooms, spread over 6 floors (first floor to 6th floor). The hotel offers 4 room categories: 16 standard rooms, 10 superior rooms, 8 executive rooms (including 1 equipped for disabled guests) and 15 luxury rooms (including 1 equipped for disabled guests).

Do all rooms have a street view?

Only 7 rooms (including 4 deluxe, 1 executive and 2 standard) overlook the inner courtyard. All other rooms overlook rue Chambiges or rue Clément Marot.

Do all rooms have balconies?

All rooms on the 2nd and 5th floors have a small balcony, as in many Haussmann buildings. On the 5th floor, each balcony is equipped with a small table and 2 chairs, so you can enjoy a drink or breakfast outside in fine weather.

Rooms are allocated on the day of arrival, subject to availability. As these rooms are in great demand, we are unable to guarantee them.

Is it possible to confirm a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower?

Can I pre-book a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower?

Unfortunately not. We allocate rooms on the day of arrival, subject to availability. As these rooms are in high demand, we are unable to guarantee them.

From the balcony, only 5 of the 49 rooms offer a view of the top floor of the Eiffel Tower.

Can I bring outside food and drink into my room?

Unfortunately not. However, the hotel does offer a simple catering service (see Services-Room Service). Receptionists can also advise you on the best restaurants close to the hotel.

Can I smoke in my room?

Unfortunately not. All rooms are non-smoking.

Failure to comply will incur a €100 penalty.

What about triple rooms?

Triple rooms are only available in the Junior Suite category. Some Junior Suite rooms can accommodate up to 3 adults and 1 child. All other room categories can accommodate a maximum of 2 people.

Services

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel even if I am not yet or no longer a guest?

Of course, the hotel has its own luggage room, where you can leave your luggage (including bicycles) on arrival or after departure. If you're away for a few days, we'll also store your luggage for you while you're out of town.

Can I use and plug in my electrical appliances in the hotel?

Adapters are on sale at reception. The current electrical voltage in France is 230 V. If one of your appliances is subject to a different current, we advise you to make your own arrangements.

Do you have a cot and other accessories?

Yes, we provide a cot in the parents' bedroom, free of charge and on request. We also provide a high chair, a stroller, a changing mat and a bottle warmer. Small meals can be reheated in the microwave.

Is internet access available throughout the hotel? Is it free?

Free wifi access is available throughout the hotel (rooms and public areas). If you don't have your own computer, we can lend you one for a short time.

An Internet point (for a fee) is also available in the hotel lobby, where you can consult the Internet, scan documents, read a CD or USB key and print documents.

Do you offer bottled water?

No, in order to limit plastic waste, we no longer put plastic bottles in the minibars or in the rooms.

Guests can have their water bottle filled free of charge with filtered, fresh or tempered water, simply by making a request at reception.

The hotel's tap water is potable, so you can drink it with confidence.

Does the hotel have a laundry service?

Yes, we offer a laundry service in partnership with a professional dry cleaner, available Monday to Saturday (closed on Sundays).

In each room, you'll find a form to fill in, as well as a bag in which to leave your clothes.
Simply leave the bag in your room and let reception know before midday for a late afternoon return on the same day.

Is it possible to arrange special attention for a birthday, honeymoon or other event?

Yes, we would be delighted to help you celebrate a special event during your stay (birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, etc.).

We can organize a personalized welcome in your room with the following amenities (upon prior request):

  • Bottle of "Laurent Perrier" Champagne: €70
  • Bottle of wine (red or white): €40
  • Les Chocolats des Français" chocolates: €25
  • Bouquet of flowers (choice of colors and types): from €50

Practical info

How can I benefit from early check-in or late check-out?

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability, so we cannot guarantee them. If early check in or late check out are part of your requirements, we advise you to book the night before or the night after. Early check-in, when possible, is free of charge. Late check-outs are charged at 50% of the nightly rate for a departure before 2pm and 100% for a departure after 2pm.

What are the reception hours?

Reception is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Does the hotel have parking?

No, there's no parking at the hotel. Street parking is chargeable, limited to 2 hours, and free spaces are rare. It is preferable to park your vehicle in a nearby guarded parking lot: Interparking, which offers preferential daily rates. For further information, please contact the hotel reception.

Does the hotel have an elevator?

Yes, an elevator is available and serves all floors up to 6ᵉ.

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, our hotel is equipped to welcome people with reduced mobility.
We have two rooms on the first floor, specially designed and fully equipped for their comfort: a Deluxe room and a Junior Suite.
These rooms offer easy access, adapted spaces and bathrooms equipped to meet their needs.

A wheelchair is also available at reception, on request and for an extra charge of €15 per day.

Please let us know your specific requirements when you make your reservation, so that we can make the best possible arrangements for you.

What if I bring someone with me when I hadn't planned to?

All our rooms can accommodate up to 2 occupants, at no extra charge. For a 3rd occupant (including children), please contact the hotel before your arrival so that we can propose a solution (at an additional cost) adapted to your situation.

If I come to celebrate an event, do you offer a personalized welcome for the occasion?

Yes, of course, we can arrange a personal welcome for you or your friends in your room. Please contact our reservations department.

Does the hotel accept pets?

Yes, small pets are welcome at the hotel.

There is an additional charge of €30 per night.

For their comfort, a cozy carpet and water and food bowls are provided in the room.

Neighborhood

Is the hotel located in a safe area?

The hotel is located opposite the local police station. The Champs Elysées district is reputed to be quiet. Police patrols are frequent. The hotel is manned 24 hours a day. The hotel is equipped with a video surveillance system.

Is the neighborhood lively?

Rue Clément Marot is a quiet street with little traffic. Near the hotel, there are numerous restaurants (brasseries, bistros, gourmet restaurants, pizzerias...) that delight Parisians and visitors alike. The area is lively on weekdays and Saturdays, and a little quieter on Sundays. In the neighboring streets, you'll find Haute Couture boutiques, restaurants, bars, chocolatiers, jewelry shops, takeaways, city markets...
